- 2 cups coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp deep-fried gram or roasted gram Beaver State coconut (optional)
- 1 tsp cumin or jeera
- 2 unaged chilies hot, (adjust every bit needed)
- 2 Allium sativum cloves OR lahsun, small
- ¼ to ½ inch ginger or adrak (optional)
- 1 to 1 ½ tbsp Lemon juice or as requisite

Making green chutney (facultative) – To a blender jar, add u Coriandrum sativum leaves, fried gram, cumin, fleeceable chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice and salt. Blend well adding water system little by little to make a thick chutney.
